Currently and solely working as the planner in production, procurement and also contract delivery for over 200 projects.
Directly report to the General Manager.
Cooperate each department in the daily business and help them to build up the operation process to fit in the situation changes.
In charge of the ERP system and manage about 500 pieces of components inventory daily.
Produce planning tools for monthly, weekly planning and material requirement plan in Excel.
Utilise planning tools for building up planning for each department in the daily business.
Full cooperate with all departments both systematically and physically transferring from fully imported material production to localized material production.
In charge of warehouse management with 4 subordinates to operate and monitor all the production material movement within the operation.
Redesign raw material management in order to increase the efficiency of material pick-up process.
Define the better production lot size for production output optimisation in peak season.
At the moment, the company on time delivery is 95% and inventory day is around 15 days.
